I enjoyed this morning..

Today we were supposed to meet up with the ski group for some ski-patrol work. We didn't have to wake up for normal school times, and our commute was riding lift 9. Wow, effing amazing morning. I woke up this morning about an hour after I normally wake up, and had a HUGE breakfast. Eggs, bacon, apples, oranges, and coffee with Swiss-Miss and Irish Creme in it. While eating, I slowly geared up and watched the report for the weather channel, sunny with a slight chance of snow, sweet! At about 8:00, I headed out to lift 4 to get a few warm up turns, then went down the other side of the mountain to catch Lift 9 up to Giusseppe's. I saw Kyle, Kevin, and Porter on the way, although none of the recognized me in my new(ish) gear. After checking out the ski-patrol shack and beacon training, we went down Genevieve, which was GREAT, cause it had LOADS of powder. After that we did a little bit more on snow science and I got a Powder-packed, tree-filled run down The left hand side of Little Rose in the trees, then did another great powder run down Coonskin to Lift 7, went to clarks, and got a gigantic sandwich. Now thats a good morning.
